• Not misuse the service, including attempting to access other users' data or disrupt platform operations.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.

You agree not to:

• Use RentLens to harass, defame, or harm any individual or organization.
• Submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or infringes on others’ rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract RentLens' underlying models or systems.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit reports without authorization.

RentLens uses AI-assisted analysis to generate insights. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. Reports are produced based on the information you provide at the time of analysis and may not reflect changes that occur afterward.

RentLens reports, including contract reviews, are informational tools designed to highlight potential concerns. They do not constitute legal advice and should not replace consultation with a qualified legal professional.

If a report identifies contract concerns, we encourage you to seek independent legal counsel before signing any agreement.

While RentLens uses evidence-based signals and AI analysis to identify potential risks, no tool can guarantee the detection of all scams or fraudulent listings.

RentLens should be used as one part of a broader, diligent rental decision-making process. Always verify landlords, properties, and contracts through independent channels before transferring money or signing agreements.

RentLens, its branding, design, and software are the property of RentLens. Generated reports are provided to you for personal use. You may not remove attribution or misrepresent the origin of RentLens content.

RentLens is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, RentLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any rental decisions made based on generated reports.

You are solely responsible for your rental decisions. RentLens is a tool to assist your judgment — not a replacement for it.
